All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products (instant PDF downloads), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once the download link has been delivered.
This policy applies to all digital products sold on MyCyberSecurityPath, including individual study guides and bundled packages.
2. Why No Refunds
Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded. Unlike physical goods, there is no way to verify that a digital file has been deleted after a refund. This is standard practice for digital product sellers worldwide.
3. Before You Buy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. That's why every product includes a free sample preview. Download the sample, read it, and decide if it's right for you before purchasing.

4. Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), digital products are exempt from the standard cooling-off period once delivery has commenced with the consumer's consent.
By completing your purchase, you:
- Consent to immediate delivery of the digital product
- Acknowledge that your right to a cooling-off period is waived for that product
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer guarantee rights that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You may be entitled to a remedy if a product is:
- Materially different from its description on the product page
- Significantly different from the free sample preview
- Affected by a major technical defect that prevents access to the content
If you believe a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, please contact us and we will assess your claim in accordance with the law.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file, broken download link, or wrong file format — please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Technical issues are not a refund situation. We will re-deliver the product or provide an alternative download method.
